The thing about "No-See-Ums" is you don't really see 'em coming. Until it's too late. Despite dousing myself with bug spray, my forehead still managed to recently get devoured by those little terrors with the taunting nickname.
Note to self: don't opt for the 'organic' bug spray, especially if up north in major mosquito territory, like these poor folks who experienced what could very well be the worst swarm of Alaskan mosquitoes ever.
